Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis), commonly known as "female ginseng" is an herb from the family Apiaceae, indigenous to China. Dang Gui grows in cool alpine mountains in China, Japan and Korea.*

Suggested use and dosage for adults: Shake well before using. Take about 20-30 drops (1 ml or 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb) to 2 oz of juice or water up to 4 times a day.
